This online MHFA course is delivered over four sessions. You must attend all 4 sessions to be awarded a Mental Health First Aid certificate.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches people how to give initial mental health care until professional treatment is accessed. It also helps to dispel fears some people have when coming across someone who seems to be experiencing mental ill health.
Our MHFA courses have input from co-trainers with lived experience of mental health problems.

- Live session 3: Tuesday 9th June - 9.30am-1pm
- Live session 4: Thursday 11th June - 9.30am 1pm
2. You understand that there is a further two-step registration process in order to access this course. You will need to register via:
- The Mental Health First Aid England website (to receive your workbook). Instructions will be sent to you on how to register, close to the start date of this course.
