This is a 2-part workshop taking place at the following times:
Tuesday 4th Feb 10am - 12pm
Tuesday 11th 10am - 12pm
Imagine trying to reach a destination without a map – it doesn't make sense. The same goes for your business.
Without a plan, how will you achieve your goals? Join our hands on online workshop to build and write your business plan, perfect for aspiring and established business owners alike.
Workshop One
Learn about the different sections of a business plan. We'll talk through each section, how it applies to your venture, how to approach answering it and what good looks like.
You'll receive a template and resources to draft your plan, along with some different approaches.
Workshop Two
Return to share your progress, receive feedback, and refine your business plan with expert guidance.
Talk through the sections you found easy, what you found hard to articulate and share feedback with the group of their plans - it's not a test, we're all at different stages and working together makes it a lot easier!
We'll look at other business planning tools and you'll finish up feeling far more confident that you have a plan that you can articulate - on your website, for a grant application, or to someone you've just met.
Bonus
Get a 1:1 session with a business advisor if you intend to use your business plan to access funding; grants, or loans.
You must enrol onto the business support programme to attend the session.
